Instagram Happenings

These lovely ladies have been quilting with me
on Tuesday night for close to ten years now.
We have so much fun together. After many
months and thousands of little pieces we have
four beautiful finished Omigosh quilts.
Congratulations Kathy, Susan, Donna and Donna

A fun package left the shop a few weeks ago.
Full of all kinds of secret projects.

Working on a new sew along to keep you
warm and toasty this winter. More details
coming soon. Get your scraps ready!
The 2018 Mini-a-Month Collection is in
the works. I can't believe it is already time
to start working on this project.

  2. I am interested in Omigosh but was wondering if you had to rate it would you say intermidate or difficult or easy or experienced? Are there any of those Y seams? Any insight you could offer would be great.

    1. Carol, Omigosh is not a difficult quilt it is just time consuming. The strips are cut 1" so there are a lot of little pieces. You can do it!

    1. Sarh,
Three of them used a variety of light prints. One used all Kona natural.

    1. You're hilarious-girlfriend!! See what an accomplishment this was! Next time we won't pick such a time consuming project.
World Peace would be great though !!!

  5. Oh, oh, oh! Those quilts are magnificent!!! And what happy looking quilters too. I save all kinds of tiny scraps wondering if I will ever find the right use for them but I think that I may have just found the answer. Did these gals use a variety of scraps for the tiny 9 patches & 4 patches, or did they stay with the same colours that the Churn Dash blocks are made of?
