Scrappy Spring Winner

1880 Sampler Sew Along

1880 Sampler Sew Along

from red print cut the following:
 2 | 2-1/2" squares
2 | 1-1/2" squares
from yellow print cut the following:
2 | 2-1/2" squares

Draw a diagonally line on wrong side of red 1-1/2" squares.
Sew small red squares to one corner of large yellow square.
Layout and piece block using photo for placement.

Lets get going! We have filled an Easter Basket with
some of our favorite little sewing necessities and We
would love to have one of you win it. We also made
some kits for these Scrappy Spring Pincushions
and would love to include one with your next order. 
 Our favorite Elan 5" sewing scissors are in my
sewing bag and never far from my machine.

1880 Sampler Sew Along

1880 Sampler Sew Along

from pink print cut the following:
 4 | 2" squares
6 | 1-1/2" squares
from light print cut the following:
4 | 2" squares
2 | 1-1/2" squares

Using pink and light 2" squares
make 8 half square triangles.
Square each half square triangle to 1-1/2" 
(Here is a tutorial for our favorite technique)
Layout and piece block using photo for placement.
