In our sewing basket

I am working on a great new applique project from Kathleen Tracy's
new book Remembering Adelia. Adelia was a 19 year old women who
lived in northern Illinois on the cusp of the Civil War. Enjoy
14 projects that are ideal for reproduction fabric, period photos
and real life diary entries from Adelia.

New Arrival

Gathered Over Time is a great new line in the shop this week.
Designed by Julie Hendrickson for Windham Fabrics, it is
a wonderful mix of lights and a variety of reds, blues,
browns and pinks. Make this fresh 9-patch with a free
pattern from Windham Fabrics.

French Zig

Made with Colonial Christmas by Judie Rothermel is back from
the quilter and I love it. Stop by the shop to see it and pick
up some of this great fabric before it is gone.
