little quilts and I say the more the merrier. I would
love to share one with you. I will be giving away
one little quilt each month for the rest of the year.
This months giveaway is a blast from the past, made many
years ago using this Lori Smith pattern. Leave a comment

The use of large print reproduction fabrics that are jaunty in feeling and a bit bold in presentation make this a very fun quilt. I especially like how this border really sets this quilt off. The seemingly solid tangerine spices it up. Funny but this quilt reminds me of our rooster!!

I just finished piecing a Lori Smith pattern in the old Garibaldi line. My pattern has the butterflies in the block oriented differently. This one is just as lovely. Love your fabrics too.

ReplyDeleteOMG! I was so excited to see this one because it looks so much like the doll quilt we were allowed to play with at my Grandma's house back in the 60's. She only had one baby doll with a missing eye, one doll quilt, a giant can of broken crayons, and a stack of used coloring books to play with.
