Summer Scrap Basket Sew Along

Cutting instructions are for one block = Make 6 blocks
From assorted prints, cut:
1 square, 1-3/4" x 1-3/4"
2 squares, 2" x 2" cut diagonally once
2 squares, 2 -1/2" x 2-1/2" cut diagonally once
Stitch 2" triangles to opposite sides of 1-3/4" square.
Stitch triangles to the remaining sides of the square.
Trim this unit to 2-1/4" square. Repeat the same
technique using the 2-1/2" triangles, Trim this unit
to 3" square, including seam allowances.
Make six blocks.
Join the six Square-in-a-Square blocks into a horizontal row,
measuring 3" x 15-1/2" long, including seam allowances.

I love the PA patch quilt but was wondering the size of the block as I would like to make larger bed sized version
